At Action Figures & Playsets Collection, we want you to be fully satisfied with your new collectibles. If your item is unopened and in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the action figure or playset in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item to ensure it is in mint condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
